Our goal with this 1950’s condo was to open up and add function to a small, cluttered kitchen. We started by rearranging the appliances to create a better workflow and replaced an oversized refrigerator with an appropriate-sized one, then replaced builder grade natural oak cabinets with beautiful Schrock™ Entra® Maple cabinets painted in a cool neutral Scone finish, exchanged dated laminate counters with creamy, calming Zodiaq® Cashmere Carrara, added beautiful African Teak flooring from Raskin and a classic white subway tile, and finished the look with beautiful stainless steel appliances and directional lighting. The owner loves the look of their new functioning kitchen featuring calming neutrals and clean lines.
