Our goal with this 1948 single family home was to expand the kitchen by removing a wall from an addition to create an open concept kitchen next to the family room. After removing the wall and repairing the floor, we replaced old cabinets with Omega® Wyatt door style cabinets in Maple painted in an Alma finish, installed gorgeous countertops featuring a bold marble design, designed a floor-to-ceiling classic grey subway tile backsplash as the perfect backdrop to the beautiful Bosch canopy hood, new lighting and flooring in the breakfast nook, kitchen, and great room, and finally fitted the kitchen in new efficient Bosch appliances. The result is a comfortable, open area perfect for entertaining guests and creating memories.
