As a family who loves to cook and to watch dad cook, we are loving the new cooktop! It seems food tastes even better, is juicier, and the kitchen smells better. Going from electric to this gas cooktop, is like going from linear to 3-D!

The top grate of the cooktop was mismatched and the knobs to control the burners and fan were bent. I would think purchasing a high end appliance for $1,900 there would not be any issues and if there was they should take care of it. I called Jenn Air support and they refused to do anything. The person I spoke with was extremely rude and when I indicated I would not purchase Jen Air products in the future, she responded by saying I probably shouldn’t.

I have used this cooktop for only a week and I am in love. The burners light right up, the fan is much quieter than I anticipated, and it truly does clean up easy. This was by far one of the best investments I have ever made.
