To continue serving you during these challenging times, we’d like to update you on how we are adjusting operations in order to continue to safely provide you with the best service in the weeks ahead.

Store Operations

Bray & Scarff store locations are open. Face coverings are required, and we are limiting traffic in our stores to allow for social distancing. If we are at capacity, we’ll let you know at the door. Visit our appointment scheduling page for complete details.

Appointments are highly encouraged but not required. The VIP appointment is the absolute best appliance shopping experience you will find. Simply click on one of the following links to meet with a Factory Trained Appliance Expert or a Kitchen Designer.

If you want to shop at home, our team members can answer your questions or facilitate purchases by phone, text, live chat, or video consultation. Store hours vary by location. Click here for hours for your closest store.

Appliance Delivery & Installation

Our delivery and installation teams take every precaution when we visit your home to deliver and install your new appliances. We’re screening our teams daily before leaving the warehouse, sending them to your home equipped with facemasks, hand sanitizer, and proper training. Before we leave your home, we will wipe down the appliances and surfaces we touched with antibacterial wipes. We will abide by strict social distancing guidelines and ask that you support us in limiting contact as much as possible.

If your purchase requires custom installation, we are conducting free site surveys virtually through video chat to reduce in-home visits. Virtual site surveys are fast and easy. We also off in-home site inspections for $49.95 if your installation requires it.

Appliance Repairs

Since people are staying home during the pandemic, appliances are needing more repairs. Our Repair Department is diligently working to keep up with the service needs of our customers. We appreciate your patience as call volume has dramatically increased.
