I installed this a couple weeks ago. I paid $399 with free delivery. We've had excellent service with this device. We've used the SoilSense option and it has produced perfect sparkling clean dishes every time. The SoilSense uses the hot water from your home's water heater and doesn't heat the water as some of the other options on this dishwasher will, such as Hi Heat and Sani Rinse options. But surprisingly, the extra extra-hot hot water is not needed to get the dishes clean. I've also found I can use less soap than my older dishwasher and the dishes still get sparkling clean. I use just one capsule of the dishwasher detergent (w/ a light dusting of TSP) and the rinse aid and I've gotten perfect dishes every time. This may be the best dishwasher we've ever owned. There is one issue with installation, however. This dishwasher is very much front-heavy. This means if you want to open the door before it's installed, it tends to want to fall forward. You might think it won't do that when it's installed, but unfortunately, it still will want to lean forward even installed. Since it's anchored to the counter at the top front, this means the front feet on the kitchen floor slide in each time you open the door, pull out a dish rack, and begin loading dishes and it doesn't matter how well you adjust the front feet. When you slide the rack back in, the lean causes the rack to slide back out when you push it in due to gravity because the entire dishwasher is tilted! And then the dishwasher may or may not straighten once you close the door. So you will want to take some extra steps during installation to alleviate this problem (such as place a counterweight in the back of the dishwasher somewhere, or secure the front feet somehow so they don't want to slide in). I am still giving this product five stars as it does such a great job on my dishes.
