This dishwasher is so quiet and great at cleaning. The drying mode is super!! I’m so happy with the top rack bottle jets! I also love the fact I can change the rack level to accommodate large and tall dishes.

Quiet and Effective but Arrived with Broken Parts

I have only had this beautiful dishwasher installed for three days, but have washed four loads of dishes successfully. The dishwasher is quiet and has many cycles setting choices, from jet bottle cleaning, one rack or both racks wash option, drying boost, etc. I also like the stainless steel interior. In addition, I have tried to put handprints on the outside and am ecstatic about the fingerprint resistant stainless steel exterior! What I have to take away stars for is quality... There were broken plastic parts which are necessary for use included in the box. One of the bottom rollers was broken and causes the bottom rack to fall off the tracks when being rolled in and out, and one of the folding shelves on the upper rack was stretched and would not remain in the up position (not nearly as important, but still should function correctly). Customer service was not willing to send me replacement parts, so I am incredibly upset with having to purchase these broken parts in addition to purchasing a pretty pricey dishwasher.
