While his new home felt elegant and updated, the owner found the diner-style kitchen did not suit his taste nor the rest of the house. His goal was to make the small space appear larger while also adding functionality. We updated this space by installing Milena door style cabinets from Omega Cabinetry in Full Access installation for a sleek look with additional space, and in Elemental White finish to brighten up the space. Some of the cabinets on one side of the kitchen were reduced in depth to give the allusion the room was actually wider. We then added glass wall cabinets to make the room feel more open while still delivering on storage space. The soft movement and delicate veining of the Misterio quartz countertops from PentalQuartz, create a beautiful, durable canvas for meal prep and serving, and complement the flowing look of the floor tiles from Conestoga Tile. From the bronze hardware on the cabinets to the industrial handles on the stainless steel KitchenAid suite, the mixed metals of this kitchen add an elegant yet robust look. The owner is very pleased with the results which exceeded his expectations.
