Bought this to replace Advantium microwave of many years. Liked the features but very disappointed in the quality or lack thereof. It broke after only 5 months of very light usage and proved challenging to repair accordingly. Expected a better value equation for the $ spent.

Microwave has many convenient features but regrettably broke down less than six months after purchase. It took 4 months, many phone calls and three repair visits to get microwave back to working order. I spent way more time on phone than using microwave. Very disappointing microwave and customer service. Would not recommend and plan to replace “repaired model” with another microwave.

It took 4 months for the microwave to come in. The first time I went to use it it didn’t warm my coffee…..the microwave failed to microwave. I am now waiting 3 months for the replacement to this not functioning microwave. 7 months to replace my over the cooktop microwave!!!!!!!

THE NEW ADVANTIUM REALLY LOOKS SHARP BLENDING FLAWLESSLY WITH MY OTHER APPLIANCES. INSTALL WAS A SNAP OUT WITH OLD IN WITH THE NEW. FEATURE RICH AND VERY VERSATILE.

I had my other Advantium 14 years, home warranty replaced it, if you need two ovens, and a microwave, save your counter space, this is the perfect solution, works wonderful from popcorn to cakes, my daughter has one also
