Very disappointing

I bought this stove two years ago and every time I cook a pizza the middle stays soggy and uncooked - today I get an error that the cooling fan speed is low , called a service guy and nice surprise $400.00 repair. Considering what I paid for this stove , I should not need to repair anything so soon considering I do not use it very often. I am very disappointed with the quality of this product

replaced glass top with this slide in love all the features a lot more cooking space plus extra burner self clean with water works amazing vents from back not front no air blowing on you when cooking etc from convection many great features plus made in USA with outstanding warranty
