The refrigerator is roomy and quiet. There are a few minor negatives including the upper shelf in the freezer does not come out completely and the right hand refrigerator door does not open easily unless the left hand door is open first.

It's what we expected from bosch. No handles and water inside give it a clean and modern look for our new house. Finger print still show even though It's supposed to be finger print resistant.. would buy again

I wanted to love this fridge as a replacement for my 15 year old Maytag. But I was sold on its "dual condenser," when what it has are "dual evaporators." Worse, the temp shows what's set, not what's achieved, and my freezer has never gotten within striking distance of what manual instructs and setting requests. Service tech questioned my independent thermometer, until he saw the melted ice in the oversized tray and the self test error code. Humidity variance between fruits and veggies is way extreme. So unit is attractive, has appealing features, is difficult to keep to its promises, and 6 weeks in I'm waiting on a part. Not a happy start up experience.

I am absolutely in love with my Bosch refrigerator! I have had 2 other higher end refrigerators since 2014 (one less than 2 yrs) that didn't last and had horrible ice supply. When you see the commercial saying Bosch is the best refrigerator for ice it is TRUE!!

Pros: Aesthetics Quiet Spacious Cons: One door closes by itself, the other does not. Ice maker keeps dropping after cup removal Metal grate in cube catch scratches insert.
