I love the shelves are metal. There is a lot of flexibility to adjust where needed. Very nice size fridge for a family of six. The door alarm is great with little kids.

We compared models from many brands for a long time before choosing the Bosch. We are very pleased with it. The ice maker is as quick as advertised. The water tastes great and we like the design of the dispenser. We also like that water and ice maker are on the door so it takes up little space in the body of the fridge. The retractable shelf has come in handy. The freezer is roomy.

My new 500 Series Refridgerator is the nicest fridge I have ever owned. Love the extra room and the way the inside is designed. The ss exterior is very easy to keep clean unlike some of the other ss finishes I've had. VERY pleased and would highly recommend.

This is the first refrigerator that has been able to keep up with my family's ice demand - 6 people in the house, and for the first time in forever, we aren't constantly running out of ice. Delivers as advertised, and has plenty of room in both the refrigerator and freezer, with easy access to everything. The stainless steel interior back panel is cool - literally and figuratively. If I had to redo this purchase, I wouldn't change a thing.
