Problem with freezer in less than 30 days

Was happy to get the frig delivered quickly but the install was fair at best. They did not remove all the plastic from inside and the outside of the unit. Just yesterday I opened the freezer and when I closed it a waterfall of water gushed out of ice dispenser. Note to consumers when purchasing appliances use your Lowe’s card do you have 30 days to return I paid cash and cannot return this unit I did get extended warranty and currently registered the unit but there’s something majorly wrong in my opinion

I’ve had my new fridge for about a month. So far I love it! Beautiful addition. Love the auto fill for the water. Love the back lit wall. So much easier to see everything. So spacious.
