Good for fridge with no internal filteration

I have a GE fridge that does not have internal filtration with the ice maker. This external filter fit in perfectly with my fridge. It easily attaches to the existing ice maker waterline and is simple to use. It helps reduce the chlorine taste in the ice. I have been finding it useful so far.
