poor door operation

you have to physically push door until closed. Can't just swing door like most refridgerators. Must be bad seal system that it doesn't close unless pushed. Had ours open many times, knowing we had closed it by the normal push/let go action, just bounces back open. Very annoying, have to tell guests how to close the fridge! Also freezes top row of water, not consistent temp. I will be contacting company.

This product has a hum when the refrigerator kicks on. It is not real loud, but when no one is talking or TV is not too loud, you can hear the humming.
