I bought this 6 weeks ago and the clear plastic door bins are already scratched. I spoke with customer service and they say that they are not guaranteed. They are of very poor quality and made very cheaply.

I bought both the washer and dryer and I am so glad I did. Why? My wife, 74 years old, suffered a severe stroke leaving her paralyzed on her left side head to toe. All the bedding, towels and other specialty items were voluminous. Yet the machines delivered. Thank you.
