Shop In-Store
- VIP Appointments
- This is absolutely the best appliance shopping experience you will find. All VIP appointments are served by a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or a Senior Appliance Experts. - Walk-In Store Visit
- We recommend that all customers set an appointment. If you prefer to stop by and browse, store are open but you could experience considerable wait time. Customers that book appointments will be served ahead of those without an appointment.
- Private Consultation
- We have private in-store consultations for our at-risk customers. Private appointments are available for one hour before or after our normal store hours. It is the same in-store experience except you will be the only customers in the store.

- If you prefer to shop from home, schedule a video consultation and recreate the in-store experience! A Bray & Scarff appliance expert will connect with you by live video from the store, giving you full product demos and answering all of your questions. They can even help you take measurements in your home, to be sure of a perfect fit. No tech skills are required!
