Contemporary - Kitchen
There were a lot of things the homeowner wanted to change about her kitchen. As you can see in the “before” photo, fake brick was everywhere. Storage space was in short supply. And it was just too small. So, after a great conversation at the Dulles Home Show, she decided to go for it!
First to go was the fake brick. Next were the soffits. That made room for us to install taller Omega® Full Access cabinets in Pearl. We also added cabinets on the other side of the kitchen, where there had been a small table. We created a sitting area with a pass-thru window to the living room, which she tells us has been ideal when entertaining. We also removed a wall, which opened the kitchen into the dining room. And we added some super-convenient toe-kick drawers. She is very happy with her new kitchen and says all her friends and family are amazed at the transformation.
