Contemporary - Kitchen
To accommodate the gatherings the couple loves to host for family and friends, they needed to update the kitchen in their 1989 colonial home.
Our first step was to remove the soffit and open up the butler pantry to make the area part of a more spacious kitchen. For the cabinets, we chose Dynasty by Omega® in the Hollibrune style. The granite countertops are Fantasy Brown marble. One special touch is the eye-catching backwall tile. It’s Tortora Wall Genesi 13 laid in a brick pattern, then offset behind the range in a herringbone pattern that reaches the ceiling. We used a double apron-front sink by Kohler®, and added a convenient, second bar sink by the beverage area. The couple absolutely loves the functional transformation of their gorgeous kitchen.
