Very dissapointed with this prouduct paid $4,000 CDN purchased in 2015.had several issues with the microwave going dim change the boared then had on 3 occassion switch problems. Now we have a problem with the wall oven it was set at pre heat 375 it beeped when it reached 375 however after a few minutes the door locked showing the error E115. Called Bosch Canada they have sub-contracted the repairs and a technician came over said that the sensor and the control module needs to be changed. I paid $169.50 for the diagnostic. the technician called to say that they need 2 people to work because of the size of the oven at $129hour. I am so frustrated we are retired couple and to have us pay a $1000 th fix this problem. I do not understand why Bosch does not have their own technician.this unit has been serviced 3 times in the past and the technician worked alone he new the product well. However he is no longer with Bosch. I am so very very dissapointed

I bought the oven/microwave in 2016. The first thing to go was the brightness of the microwave display. The second thing to break was the motherboard for the oven. I replaced the motherboard and now it will not stay at temperature The spring in the microwave door has now broken. The features oven this oven combo are very good, the quality is not good at all. Too many problems! Oh I almost forgot the wheels on the microwave turntable all broke causing sparks when cooking.
