Nous avons acheté ce four le 18 novembre 2018, le 30 novembre 2019, le four a cessé de fonctionner. L'écran devient noir et plus possible de le ramener à la vie. Lorsqu'on appelle Whirpool pour de l'assistance, on nous dit qu'ils ne peuvent rien faire pour nous et que nous devons débourser les frais de réparation puisque nous n'avons pas pris la garantie prolongée. Whirlpool semble donc trouver normal qu'un four d'une valeur de plus de 2 000$ brise après un an d'utilisation. Je ne recommande vraiment pas l'achat de ce four et je suis très déçue du service à la clientèle de Whirlpool.

I purchased my oven a couple weeks ago and love it. Although I'm still fumbling my way on the features because there was no book work instructions with my oven.

I recently purchased a new home and it came with 2 of these wall units. About 1 month after we moved in the touch screen on 1 of the units went out. We called the warranty company and it took about a month for the part to come in as it was on back order. About 3 months after that the second unit did the same thing. No displays or touch screen. For 2 units to have the same problem within 5 months... these are clearly faulty products. To say I am disappointed is an understatement.
