I bought this oven about a month ago since my other oven went out. I was skeptical about the convection feature but now I love it .. The oven cooks evenly and has several helpful features.

New construction home oven has never worked. They have tried to repair twice and the last time when they installed part it blow the part up and unit started smoking. My family is now in fear of it starting a fire and whirlpool refuses to replace unit . They say that warranty only covers to repair . But they tried repairing twice with no luck.

I bought this in March and had it installed in May during my kitchen renovation. The door latches were damaged as well as inside door. Now waiting for parts. The oven has not even been tried out yet
