I recently purchased a new home and it came with 2 of these wall units. About 1 month after we moved in the touch screen on 1 of the units went out. We called the warranty company and it took about a month for the part to come in as it was on back order. About 3 months after that the second unit did the same thing. No displays or touch screen. For 2 units to have the same problem within 5 months... these are clearly faulty products. To say I am disappointed is an understatement.

I started using my new oven 2 weeks ago. It is fast to preheat, heats evenly and is so easy to use. I thought the screen controls might be confusing but it is very intuitive. I did remove it from my phone though as the constant reminders were annoying.
