The install was a breeze, love the look and it has nice features. It doesn’t behave well on. 5G home network, in fact it wouldn’t connect at all. I had to add a 2.4G router to my home network to get the SMARTHQ to work.

Yesterday, after waiting four months for the delivery, our wall oven was finally installed. We ran it once, noting that the temperature seemed higher than expected. After installing the app on my phone, was able to interact with the oven once but after the oven updated its soft wear, it no longer was able to connect with the internet. Spent about an hour on the phone with customer support who was unable to fix it. Now awaiting for our issue to be escalated to someone else who will get back to us in 2 business days, but not this weekend. Meanwhile, the clock went back to its default time setting. We are hopeful this can all be rectified. But, right now, wishing for a simple oven that just bakes.

This oven has so many options and a very intuitive menu along with the WiFi enable app! We have tried the convection bake on pizza and it is much better than coventional! Very even cooking. The middle of the pizza used to be almost undone, but this is completely evenly done. We cant wait to try the air fry and the other features. Our kitchen is not quite done yet, so we havent be able to try the other features. Will, review again once we get there.
