Microwave was delivered by Lowes. They opened box but forgot to take the mounting bracket and screws and manual out of box. To date I have not received any of these items.

We have had our new microwave for about a month now, are very satisfied with the quality and reliability of this unit. Our old unit bit the dust ,so we were happy with the performance of our Maytag dishwasher. This is why we decided on this Maytag microwave. We love that the unit is easy to clean both on the inside as well as the outside. It has a fingerprint resistant stainless steel front as well as stainless cavity which makes it a breeze to clean out. We also love the features of the keypad for example if you go to pop popcorn it asked you what size bag. Or if cooking baked potatoes how many are you cooking.....a lot of neat feature like that. Also it has the orange digital display as with most newer Maytag products. Plenty of light for the stove top surface with the two stage LED light and a adjustable fan speed.

This machine works perfectly. It adds a touch of class to the kitchen. It functions without fail. I prefer the push button door opener to a handle. The controls are intuitive and easy to use. The paper template to position the installation screw holes worked perfectly the first time. This is a real value. We love it
