Wonderful and perfect

This oven was bought as a replacement to an old GE profile wall oven, and it has been a wonderful experience using it. The purchase, installation, etc. was great, as it fit correctly in the space that the older oven occupied, and the SS finish makes it look great in the cabinet space, and the kitchen overall. The functions are easy to use. Very easy to use. The touch options in the screen are easy to use, and very tactile. Love the theatrical touch to the oven light, as it goes out :) Happy with the purchase, and hope it lasts a long time...

It could have been Good

It looks nice and is nice and simple but there are certainly a few issues. The timer setting interface is very annoying because you have to press the plus button many times slowly to get to the right amount of time and if you press it too fast it just keeps going up to a higher number. when I try to go back down it does the same thing. Also, the knobs are extremely easy to be moved around and many times while baking someone (maybe me) has leaned near the oven and the dials turn. this can make it so the temperature or the cooking mode changes which can easily mess up a dish. this has happened quite a bit. in addition, the heating in the oven is not consistent so that certain racks cook much faster than others. Also, you can only change the oven temperature in 25 degree increments which to some is an issue. Complaints aside, it has a good amount of cook options.

Unhappy with the fact it is not working unsure if it is actaully any good. I purchased this for my kitchen remodel. It did not work out of the box, had to call and get service (that part went well). Service person came and said it was the cooling fan, that the part should only take a few days, that was over 3 weeks ago and still no part, still cannot use the oven because it over heats and shuts off. Ordered it in April, recieved it in July installed in August, never used. At this rate my warranty will be out before I get to properly use it.

Dead on Arrival

After waiting 3+ months, my wall oven had error code for bad fan/sensor when it was installed. Now am waiting until February for a replacement.
