Holiday Air Fryer Recipes

Filet Mignon

Ingredients:

• Two 4 to 6 oz Filet Mignons
• Olive oil
• ½ tsp of salt
• ½ tsp of pepper
• Your choice of butter (we suggest going for a garlic herb butter)

Instructions:

1. Pat your two filets dry using a paper towel then generously coat (front and back) with olive oil.
2. Season with salt and pepper then cook in the air fryer at 380F for 10-12 minutes making sure to turn the meat halfway through. ( For reference, 6 minutes will cook the meat to medium, adjust the cooking time depending on your preference)
3. Let rest for 5-10 minutes then top with your choice of butter before serving.

Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients:

• 8 ounces mushrooms
• 4oz of cream cheese
• 4 strips of bacon (either pork or turkey)
• 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
• ½ tsp of salt
• ½ tsp of garlic powder
• ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions:

1. Thoroughly rinse mushrooms and remove the stems
2. In a bowl, mix together your cream cheese (make sure it has been softened first), bacon (thinly chopped or crumbled), cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir until thoroughly combined and smooth.
3. Fill the mushrooms with the cream cheese mixture and place them inside the air fryer making sure they do not overlap. (lay down a sheet of tin foil before placing mushrooms for easy cleanup)
4. Cook at 400F until they turn golden brown. ( around 5-7 minutes)
5. Remove and enjoy!

Sugared Pecans

Ingredients:

• 1lb of pecan halves
• 1 egg white
• 1 tbsp of water
• 1 cup of granulated white sugar
• ½ tbsp ground cinnamon
• ¾ tsp of salt

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix together the water and egg white until frothy.
2. Mix your sugar, salt, and cinnamon in a separate bowl and set aside.
3. Add the pecans to the egg mixture and mix, then add in your dry mixture and mix until everything is fully coated.
4. Lay down a layer of tinfoil into the air fryer and throw your coated pecans on top.
5. Let those cook in the air fryer at 350F for 8-10 minutes. (serve or store in an air-tight container)

Baked Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients:

• 3 sweet potatoes
• 1 tsp olive oil
• 1 tsp kosher salt

Instructions:

1. Preheat your fryer to 390 F
2. Wash your potatoes and poke a few holes all around using a fork.
3. Coat the potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
4. Place the potatoes into the air fryer and cook for 40-45 minutes.
5. Remove and serve with your topping of choice

Salmon

Ingredients:

• Two 8oz salmon filets
• 1 tablespoon of olive oil
• ¼ teaspoon of sea salt
• ¼ teaspoon of black pepper
• ¼ teaspoon of smoked paprika
• 2 lemons

Instructions:

1. Preheat your fryer to 380 F
2. Pat the salmon filets dry with a paper towel
3. Coat the filets with olive oil then evenly rub on the dry seasonings
4. Place a layer of tinfoil into the air fryer and lay your salmon in the fryer. Then cook for 10-12 minutes.
5. Remove the filets, squeeze on some lemon juice, and serve.
