Stovetop worked for 4 months then stopped working. Been without a a working stove for almost a month as service cannot get circuit boards to work correctly. Very frustrating experience so far.

After a couple of weeks the cooktop is working fine. I am happy with induction and the bridge feature works well. The cooktop makes noise which is bothersome.

We purchased this Jenn-Air induction cooktop to replace another manufacturer's 7 year old 36" induction cooktop that could not be repaired. We were concerned about the fit but it fits perfectly. It has updated features that our previous induction cooktop did not have including dual side burners and low settings- melt, simmer, keep warm. I LOVE cooking with induction. I cook a lot for my husband & I as well as for friends & family. Induction cooking is truly the best of all possibilities- either gas or electric. We have not had this appliance long enough to rate the durability so I left that blank. We truly hope this cooktop lasts longer as it is not an inexpensive appliance. We also have a Jenn-Air refrigerator which we purchased when we upgraded our kitchen 7 years ago which we are very happy with.
