Not satisfied with the 1980s kitchen remodel riddled with dated cabinets, formica countertops, and linoleum floors, the owners of this 1950s home desired an updated, functional space. We leveled a sloping floor and enhanced it with beautiful Brazilian Cherry hardwood flooring, transformed an unusable desk area into a sitting area, replaced old oak cabinets with upgraded Dynasty® Renner-style, maple cabinets in a Pearl White finish, created gorgeous work areas with soft gray Bianco Antico granite countertops, added depth with classic glass subway tiles in Natural Storm, and streamlined the look with modern GE Profile™ appliances. The owners immediately fell in love with the countertops and couldn’t be happier with their new functional space.
