Whenever parts are needed during this process, they are either replaced or repaired right then so you don’t have to worry about the longevity of your appliance. Each unit has a condition report that will let you know why the model is at the outlet, be it an open-box, refurbished, or a scratch or dent model. So it could be something as simple as a scratch on the side of the appliance or the box arrived slightly open after delivery and sent back to the warehouse.
Just like any purchase at any of our 15 locations, everything at the Outlet can be delivered by our delivery team and installed by one of our certified installers. But what is even better about ordering from the outlet is that the store is right beside the delivery warehouse so in many instances you can get the units delivered in a day or two from purchase.
