Amazon's Alexa Jenn-Air® Connected Wall Oven is now compatible with Amazon's virtual assistant, Alexa, to give you complete control over your oven through voice command. Whether you’re wrist-deep in hamburger meat or just catching up on your favorite online article without interruption, a simple voice-command can preheat your oven, set timers, adjust temperatures, and change cooking modes.
Nest Learning Thermostat The already advanced luxury appliance now offers even more functionality with Jenn-Air®’s integration with Nest. Now you never have to experience the dread of trying to remember whether or not you left the oven on again. Nest can sense when everyone is away and will send you an alert if the oven was accidentally left on and then enable you to turn it off from wherever you are. As the oven heats up, Nest will automatically modify your home’s temperature so your kitchen is always the ideal temperature when cooking and entertaining. Other features include checking the status of oven cycles, control settings, and notifications when preheat and cooking cycles are complete.
Smartphone Access A large portion of the Jenn-Air® Connected Wall Oven’s essential functions can be controlled using the IOS and Android mobile apps. These apps allow you to do everything from preheating your oven from the supermarket across town to checking your food’s doneness from the comfort of your living room couch. The Jenn-Air® app then gives you instant access to the Jenn-Air® Culinary Center so you can be a Master Chef from your fingertips. Along with these remote capabilities, owners of the Jenn-Air® Connected Wall Oven can register their oven with the Nest app to control kitchen and home temperatures and receive alerts when the oven is left on.
