The owners of this 1979 Dutch Colonial home were looking for a truly special design that would provide large amounts of storage and counter space with a design that would blow them away. After 2 years of searching and unsuccessful meetings with over 5 other designers, the homeowners were able to finally discover their vision through our expert designer. We began by rearranging the entire kitchen’s layout to add space and functionality by removing a load bearing wall. We replaced outdated cabinetry Omega Full Access maple cabinets in a Pearl finish with a Brushed Ebony Glazing, featuring incredible storage solutions to maximize space, contrasted by a walnut wood in a Sage stain for the unique storage space on the island and seating space at the attached custom dining table. The beautifully dark Corian Quartz Portoro countertops have pronounced veining to emulate glassy black marble and pair nicely with the sleek stainless steel Bosch Benchmark and Monogram appliances. The customers love their new kitchen, especially the extra storage, discreet outlets, and seamless design.
